Salanova® Red
This lettuce variety is a Salanova type with an extremely thin and deeply indented leaf.
This variety has a nice red color and above all a tasty sweet flavour.
You can compare this red Salanova to a Crispy Frissée type.
It is very appreciated by the immediate processing industry (e.g. cutting plants).
