Hydrocultuur - Floatingsysteem
A new trend besides gutter cultivation has been introduced in the market: the floating system.

Maes Wilfried wanted to follow this trend and they decided to build a test assembly in the greenhouse towards the end of 2009.

The floating system is made of floating panels on feeding water. As the clod does not come in contact with water and only the roots hang in the water, numerous soil diseases can be avoided.

The first tests were favourable and successful! The tests resulted in a decision for a future scale increase.
